Calling all Warehouse Managers in the Guelph area. We have an incredible Permanent Full time opportunity with an established manufacturer in Guelph. Do you enjoy working in a clean, safe environment leading a small team while ensuring the goods are received and shipped appropriately, and If you have at least 2 years as a Warehouse Manager, Team Lead or Supervisor this may be a great opportunity for you! Advantages- Great rate of pay $70000-$80000 salary- Days - Monday to Friday 7:00-3:30- 3 weeks vacation- Benefits - Medical and dental, STD and Life Insurance- Profit sharing - Provided UniformsResponsibilities- Assist in supervising warehouse staff and oversee daily activities- Coordinate shipping and receiving processes- Manage order fulfillment and ensure timely delivery- Assist in heavy lifting and moving of inventory when necessary up to 50lbs (rare)- Inventory control- Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to optimize warehouse layout and workflow- Communicate between vendors and the accounting departments- Train new employees- Ensure smooth operation of movementQualifications- Proficiency in warehouse distribution operations- You have a minimum 2 years experience leading others within a similar environment- Experience with order fulfillment processes- Ability to perform heavy lifting tasks (up to 50lbs)- You have good computer skills. You will be using CMS, Excel and Word - You have strong communication both verbally and written (via email)- Competence in utilizing reach trucks for material handling- Strong organizational and leadership skills to supervise warehouse staff efficiently- Forklift experience - You have some experience in an ISO Certified environmentSummaryIf you are interested in this position, please send your resume to Kim at [email protected].
