Description Join our team and what we'll accomplish together The Consumer Base Management team is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive revenue growth from the travel segment. In this role, you will oversee all of the capital projects, working closely with the Senior Strategy Manager, Roaming to support this business objective. Here's the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together As the Senior Product Manager for Roaming, you will own the capital process, strategy, and execution for new functionalities that directly improve our roaming products and customer experience. Informed by customer insights and data, you’ll contribute to establish our portfolio roadmap, identify key growing traveler segments, and evolve our product value proposition with the ultimate goal of growing our roaming revenues. As a natural proactive leader, you will work with multiple stakeholders and business units to evolve the program to meet current market dynamics while also delivering exceptional business outcomes. You will play a critical role in our base management strategy, embracing ambiguity and initiating opportunities to develop this role to its full potential. Here's how  Uses data analytics and a customer-centric approach to identify, prioritize, and incubate product innovations that will deliver financial benefits both in-year and long-term. Oversee the execution of product development projects by developing the business case, defining the business requirements, managing the capital budget, and collaborating with our system development teams on delivery. Leverage the strength of TELUS’ full suite of products to enhance roaming value proposition and maximize account revenue and entanglement. Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with a broad range of stakeholders across the product & marketing, operation, technology, and partner solutions teams. #LI-REMOTE Qualifications What you bring 5+ years experience in a product ownership role Robust capacity to think strategically about a product portfolio and customer journey to uncover and bring to market innovations that translates into business results Efficient organization and project management skills to manage & prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and calmly navigate ambiguity and high-pressure situations Developed analytical mindset with ability to frame a problem, formulate hypothesis, realize analysis, and develop recommendations, combined with proficiency in understanding & manipulating data to provide supporting evidence Ability to gain buy-in from all levels of a large organization including senior leadership by leveraging your strong storytelling, presentation, and negotiation skills Demonstrated effectiveness in driving collaboration across a highly matrixed organization with an ability to initiate, develop, and maintain effective relationships Continuous growth mindset for your portfolio and for yourself.
