As the Machine Learning Development Manager, Generative AI, you will lead a small team of developers dedicated to productionizing and deploying cutting-edge AI solutions. You will work closely with our AI & ML team to integrate these solutions into our flagship products, such as MobiControl and XSight, ensuring seamless functionality and scalability. You will work alongside SOTI’s partners, including leading tech giants, keeping you at the forefront of emerging technologies.What You’ll Do Take a holistic, long-term view and build the capability of the organization to build great productsLead the integration and deployment of Gen AI solutions into our main products, ensuring alignment with business goals.Oversee the productionization of AI models, including the implementation of MLOps practices to streamline the AI development lifecycle.Help the teams and the ScrumMaster with removing obstacles, making improvements, and applying Scrum principles within the teamLead, mentor, and manage a small team of developers focused on the deployment and integration of AI solutions. Foster a collaborative and innovative team environmentTeach teams how to improve and solve problemsOversee the development, testing, and deployment of AI models and algorithms, ensuring they meet product requirements and performance standards.Collaborate with AI/ML scientists to integrate generative AI solutions into SOTI's main products (MobiControl, XSight, etc.), ensuring smooth and efficient deployment.Facilitate and encourage “best-practices” sharing throughout the organizationHave fun, with all of the above!Experience You’ll BringExcellent strategic and logical thinking, ability to understand the logic behind software development processesProven experience in MLOps, ML engineering, DevOps, and software architecture, with a track record of successful AI solution deployment.3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role, overseeing development teams5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on AI/MLProven experience in deploying and integrating AI/ML solutions, particularly generative AI, into large-scale productsStrong understanding of professional software development practices & best practices for the full software development lifecycle; Knowledge of commonly used development tools and technologiesPositive and can-do attitude, inspiring optimism, and determination among the team; drive for excellenceProven ability to drive results and meet ambitious targets, while maintaining a supportive and nurturing team cultureDemonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to approach challenges with a proactive and innovative mindsetAnalytical rigor and solid process managementDesire to groom and develop high potential talent into leadership roles within Product DevelopmentAbility to attract talent by leveraging your vast network and showcase SOTI at various recruitment eventsAbout SOTISOTI is a proven innovator and industry leader for simplifying business mobility solutions by making them smarter, faster and more reliable.
