Aerospace Engineer

*Job Title:* Aerospace Engineer*Location:* Calgary, Canada (onsite)*Job Type:* Direct Hire*About the Job:*We're looking for an experienced Aerospace Engineer to join our clients team. As an Intermediate Aerospace Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in designing, integrating, and sustaining our core products and new developments. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, customers, and vendors to deliver engineering solutions.*Responsibilities:*- Design and analyze aircraft structures and systems- Develop technical solutions to complex problems- Create 3D designs and generate CAD drawings- Collaborate with teams to achieve project goals- Travel to support company or customer requirements (up to 25%)*Requirements:*- Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent- 10+ years of experience in aerospace engineering design- Strong communication and teaming skills- Proficiency in MS Office, CAD software (SOLIDWORKS), and finite element modeling (NASTRAN, FEMAP, ANSYS, or equivalent)*Nice to Have:*- Experience with composites, fracture mechanics, and government regulations (FAA)- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and test instrumentation
