PAY: 50.00 to 60.00 per hour (based on work experience)
POSITION: Sr Data Analyst

As a Senior Data Analyst, you will play a key role in providing valuable insights and supporting data-driven decision-making processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and help drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, Experience working on several data projects at a time, transferring data from a server to a cloud database and ensuring it is clean and able to be used for business purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Experience with manual and automated Data Manipulation
• Create data automation practices that can be adapted in a fast-changing environment.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements based on data analysis.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analysis.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts when necessary. Position will have potential for management of data team in future.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
• Knowledge of Logistics Carrier industry (USPS, UPS, Fedex etc.) Analytics related to the carrier information, such as optimize profit, available discounts, contracts etc
• Expert level AWS Redshift experience, how to manage data from multiple sources, types, durations etc and make it available for business efficacy.
• SQL Server experience, importing/exporting data from servers to cloud to ensure accuracy and cleanliness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is not mandatory, a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science) a plus.
