You can expect to work closely with the marketing and product teams on advertiser communication plans related to new feature launches and program changes. This is a critical role and your efforts will drive advertiser commitment, revenue growth and product improvements.Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining and deepening relationships with mobile internet advertising clients, gaining a thorough understanding of client needs and delivering high-quality customer service; timely follow-up and response to client feedback.Based on clients' promotional needs, develop promotional plans on various domestic and foreign media channels including but not limited to META/GOOGLE/TIKTOK/KWAI/ByteDance/Tencent/Kuaishou etc. Follow-up and implement the plans, tap into traffic potential, coordinate resources, and fulfill client user growth goals.Gain an in-depth understanding of clients' overseas KOL resource needs and overseas short video ad creative needs, and accurately convey client needs to the overseas KOL team and design team to grasp overall progress, evaluate cooperation effects, optimize processes, and achieve high-quality project delivery.Work closely with the planning team on domestic and overseas market research and competitor analysis to extract and integrate effective information and assist with developing integrated marketing solutions to acquire new clients.Regularly review and analyze the overall business situation, identify opportunities to optimize client delivery and explore client re-marketing opportunities, improve operational quality and efficiency.Being responsible for revenue targets, by sustaining partnership and identifying upsell opportunities to explore potential new growth.Job Requirements1-3 years of relevant industry experience or operations experience preferred, ecommerence marketing/UA/contenting marketing/brand marketing background preferred.Ability to speak Mandarin fluently.Understanding of ad tech and mobile advertising markets in North America, be passionate and interested in cross-border and go-to-market solutions.Relevant experience in customer-facing roles or customer service required.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Excellent communication and coordination skills, teamwork spirit, time management and allocation abilities, able to adapt to high-pace multi-tasking work rhythms.Proficient with Excel pivot tables, vlookup and other basic data processing functions, strong data analysis capabilities and logical thinking.Strong learning ability, proactive, patient and resilient personality, strong sense of responsibility and drive.
