The role will sit on the Wealth Data Science team while supporting the Wealth Campaign Analytics Team in an end-to-end role developing predictive models for this team and assisting with sizing, execution, channel loading, performance tracking for multiple wealth campaigns. This individual will drive insights to existing campaigns and will be responsible for developing and supporting the creation of new dashboards for existing and new campaigns. The successful candidate will be able to go beyond analytics/reporting to provide actionable insights and implement advanced analytical algorithms and technologies (e.g. machine learning, deep learning, artificial intelligence) to mine and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to obtain insights.Key Accountabilities:Designs and constructs new processes for modeling data. Develops predictive models and leverages big data technology to design solutions that deliver smarter business decisions, improve customer experience, and drive productivity. Collaborates with other data and analytics professionals and teams to optimize, refine and scale analysis into mature analytics solutions.Plays an active role in the futuristic display of data, and advancement of innovative data strategies to understand consumer trends and address business problems.Uses data mining and extracting usable data from valuable data sources to assess feasibility of AI/ML solutions for improved processing and usage of organization data.Conducts large-scale analysis of information to discover patterns and trends by combining different modules and algorithms.Develops prediction systems and machine learning algorithms. Investigates additional technologies and tools for developing innovative data solutions for business stakeholders.Manage and enhance daily/weekly/monthly campaign reporting to provide results and context to deliver actionable insights to senior management, not just reporting data.Improve and automate process using a variety of tools to drive operational efficiency.Produce dashboards, reports, analysis, insights that drive decisions and help us build better campaigns and experiences.Take the lead on campaign performance measurement and increasing productivity of all marketing initiatives.Qualifications:Minimum Requirements:2-8+ years of data science/quantitative modeling experienceProficiency in SQL and Power BI, and a computing language such as PythonStrong knowledge and hands-on experience in several of the following areas: machine learning, statistics, optimization, product analytics, causal inference, and/or experimentationExperience in working with cross-functional teams to deliver resultsAbility to communicate results clearly and a focus on driving impactA demonstrated ability to manage and deliver on multiple projects with a high attention to detailSolid business acumen and experience in synthesizing complex analyses into actionable recommendationsPreferred Qualifications:Experience deploying models in production and adjusting model thresholds to improve performanceExperience designing, running, and analyzing complex experiments or leveraging causal inference designsExperience with distributed tools such as Spark, Hadoop, etc.A PhD or MS in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Quantitative Finance, Sciences, Operations Research)Salaire :$81,600.00 - $151,200.00Type de rémunération :SalaireCe qui précède représente la fourchette et le type de rémunération de BMO Groupe financier.Les salaires varieront en fonction de facteurs comme l’emplacement, les compétences, l’expérience, les études et les qualifications pour le poste et pourront inclure une structure de commissions. Les salaires pour les postes à temps partiel seront calculés au prorata du nombre d’heures travaillées régulièrement. Pour les rôles à commission, le salaire susmentionné représente la cible de BMO Groupe financier pour la première année au poste.La rémunération totale offerte par BMO variera selon le type de rémunération associé au poste et peut comprendre des primes de rendement, des primes discrétionnaires ainsi que d’autres avantages et récompenses.
