We are currently seeking a skilled and seasoned Senior Project Manager to lead our operations and project teams in Oshawa, Ontario. Job Description: As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of numerous industrial projects from inception to completion. This role requires a deep understanding of project scope development, budgeting, team assembly, supplier sourcing, and project execution planning. You will oversee all project phases, ensuring that all relevant activities adhere to the schedule and budgets outlined. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage detailed project plans, encompassing scope, budget, scheduling, and resource allocation. Lead, hire, and manage project teams, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety standards. Coordinate with multiple workstreams, vendors, clients, and internal teams to drive project progress. Ensure rigorous management of project budgets and timelines, maintaining financial and operational accountability. Interface with clients to manage expectations, provide project updates, and foster strong professional relationships. Travel to multiple sites within the Ontario region as required to oversee project execution and team activities. Qualifications: 10-15 years of experience in the heavy industrial sector, with a strong preference for candidates with backgrounds in industrial scaffolding and insulation. Minimum of 5-7 years in a Project Management or Operations Management role within the industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage skilled trades teams and operational facets. Proven track record of managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of managing both client and internal expectations. Willingness to travel as needed to fulfill job requirements.
