With our robust infrastructure and dedicated team, ET Transport is committed to delivering exceptional logistics solutions that drive client success.POSITION SUMMARYET Transport is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our media team. This role focuses on expanding our online presence and driving business growth through strategic marketing initiatives across various social media platforms, including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter). The ideal candidate will have a blend of marketing expertise and business development skills to elevate our brand and engage our audience effectively. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Lead and mentor the media team to foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and innovation.• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and drive customer engagement.• Establish and manage an affiliate marketing program to expand our reach and drive sales through strategic partnerships and collaborations.• Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content tailored for each social media platform, ensuring consistency with the brand voice.• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through social media channels and digital marketing efforts.• Build and maintain relationships with our online community by responding to inquiries and fostering engagement.• Plan, execute, and analyze social media campaigns to promote our services, measuring success and optimizing performance.• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.• Write and edit scripts for video content, oversee teleprompter use during recordings, and manage all editing tasks to ensure polished, professional productions.• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in content creation, ensuring our strategies remain innovative and effective.QUALIFICATIONS: • Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, focusing on social media and digital marketing.• Knowledge of the trucking industry or relevant context. • Demonstrated experience in establishing and managing affiliate marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth.• Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices, particularly YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and X, is required.• Proven ability to create engaging content and drive audience engagement is essential.• Experience leading and developing a creative team, with strong mentorship abilities, is necessary.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling, are required.• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools is important.• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equal Employment OpportunityET Transport strongly supports equal employment opportunity for all applicants regardless of race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, pregnancy, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, age, marital status, physical disability, mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by provincial or federal law.
