Develop, manage, and maintain new and existing client, consultant and trade relationships.Ensure all contract negotiations are executed in accordance with process and in line with the master project schedule.Oversee the preconstruction planning activities to ensure that they are executed by the project team to the satisfaction of the organization and the client.Manage project strategy execution, project resources, project budgets, and project team operation.Lead the development of a project strategy that secures the project, and meets or exceeds the project’s required performance, schedule and profitability targets.Confirm that estimate/cost plan incorporates value for the owner, accommodates the consultant’s design intent and the targeted profitability.Conduct the negotiation and oversee the preparation and execution of the prime contract.Possess a project management portfolio with large commercial and institutional projects as well as P3 buildings.Responsible for overseeing major building construction projects in excess of $100 million.Exhibit the key values of leadership, innovation, relationships, and profitability and meet all stakeholder commitments (vs. safety, sustainability, collaboration and integrity) as outlined in our Values.Required Experience:10 years’ experience in a management leadership role in a construction company Required experience in hospital buildings and other large complex projectsTrack record of successful commercial or institutional project management of major building construction projects in excess of $100 millionDeep expertise and proven track record with respect to the continuous improvement project delivery services and value-added constructability process and practiceExperience in gaining major bids with joint venture partners, with proven management of successful infrastructure and construction bidsPossess a project management portfolio with large commercial and institutional projects as well as P3 buildings Required Education: A bachelor degree in engineering or construction management or a related field.Benefits:Benefits are offered through the company’s benefits planRelocation supportParticipation in the company’s profit-sharing plan 6% RRSP Match$750 per month vehicle allowance and company gas cardhealth spending account ($500) How to Apply: Please send your resume to the following email address: [email protected]
