Dean of Science

The Company is seeking a Dean of Science to lead its Faculty of Science, which is dedicated to providing a dynamic and inclusive learning environment. The successful candidate will be a visionary and strategic leader with a proven track record in a relevant scientific discipline, holding a PhD and an academic rank of full or Associate Professor. Responsibilities include overseeing academic and administrative decisions, promoting a high standard of teaching, research, and community service, and ensuring that the Faculty's programs are innovative and responsive to the needs of a diverse student body. The Dean will also be expected to build and nurture partnerships with external stakeholders and represent the institution in various professional settings.The ideal candidate for the Dean of Science position at the company will have a strong background in scholarship, research, and academic administration, with at least 5 years' of experience in each area. They should be collaborative, learner-focused, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
