The main task will be to manage a number of major accounts. The person in charge will provide the high level of service to which our partner aspires by building positive relationships with customers. Comfortable in a team environment, the Customer Service Representative B2B will liaise between customers and internal departments for our Mississauga office.Why VIBRANT?Hourly wage of $28/hrMonday to Friday schedule (37.5h per week)Hybrid work (2 days telecommuting and 3 days in the office)Balanced work/life environment (independent contractor)Signing bonus of $150Retention bonus of $1,500 after 6 monthsResponsibilities:Manage order entry (via computerized, manual and/or online data exchange), as well as order fulfillment activities.Closely monitor product supply to avoid stock-outsCollaborate with the Logistics and Transport Department to ensure prompt delivery of customer orders.Proactively solve common customer problemsPromptly research and respond to customer queries and complaintsProduce various statistical reportsCollaborate with colleagues and other departments, including Logistics, Account Management and Marketing, to keep those who need to be kept informed and to maintain healthy customer relationshipsWork efficiently under tight deadlines while ensuring a high level of accuracyReport food quality issues to superiorRequirements:Bilingualism (French and English, written and spoken), an assetStrong problem-solving skills and willingness to work hard to find a solutionStrong interpersonal and persuasive skills, able to prioritize and multi-task thoroughly in a dynamic environmentResults-oriented professional committed to providing first-rate customer service.Very good knowledge of MS Office software, Excel – intermediate level plusAbility to handle stressful situationsOrganized, self-starter, flexible, courteous, energetic, team player with a positive attitude.Knowledge of SAP is considered an assetExperience in manufacturing, procurement and order management is considered an assetProfessional qualifications:College diploma or equivalentTwo (2) to five (5) years’ experience in a similar position.We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to be involved in the day-to-day management of a growing company, who enjoys a challenge, who is proactive and shows initiative, who will be responsible for the logistics of this leader’s products in its territory, and who will play an essential role in satisfying consumers of hot and cold beverages.If you have the passion, the desire to achieve within a team that places professional development at the heart of its priorities, and the desire to work with the best talent in the industry, apply today!VIBRANT is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
