Greenbrook TMS NeuroHealth Centers is currently seeking a strong, reliable, full-time permanent Accounts Payable Associate to join our team. Reporting into the Accounts Payable Supervisor, the Accounts Payable Associate's primary responsibilities include:
- Timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices and autopay through uploads
- Following up for vendor invoice approvals and attaching backup support for audit purposes
- Adhering to Accounts Payable internal controls
- Provide Accounts Payable Supervisor support to resolve outstanding invoice issues and reconcile accounts
- Assist with processing large volume of payments (rent, doctors' fees, vendor payments etc.)
- Audit and process expense reports
- Managing AP inbox to ensure all queries are addressed in a timely manner;
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College or University degree in Business, Accounting and/or Finance
- 3-5 years relevant Accounts Payable or Accounting experience, preferably with a large healthcare company
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Experience with NetSuite is an asset
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to tailor communication appropriate to different stakeholder audiences
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment; and;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Our head office is located in downtown Toronto, Ontario (in the Exchange Building). The role is currently operating under a hybrid model with a minimum of 50% of working hours in office and the remaining remote.
