We’re currently seeking a Student Recruitment Officer to join our Recruitment Department. The Officer will be the expert on admissions in an assigned region, either in South America, Asia, or Eurasia.Job Duties:Sales and recruitment while delivering exceptional customer service.Providing information and communicating with prospective students, agents, applicants, guidance counsellors, parents, faculty, and school administrators regarding a broad range of admissions-related questions/topics, including complex or non-routine issues.Working well independently but also being a strong team player with recruitment efforts and devising effective marketing plans.Recruiting international students by utilizing a variety of different media/social media outlets to raise awareness of our school and its programs.Delivering information sessions on and off-campus.Additional responsibilities will include:Evaluating and recommending solutions or enhancements to processes, training support staff, monitoring, investigating, and troubleshooting application issues.Recommending and implementing office procedures through the use of automation, assisting in the evaluation and implementation of system enhancements.Collaborating with all school departments in the management of applicant records to facilitate the admission process.Qualifications:Post-secondary education in Marketing, Sales, or relevant Business background.Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role (preferably in a school environment); astonishing customer service and sales experience is welcomed along with necessary education.Proficient computer skills and familiar with Microsoft Office.Professional, ethical, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.Quick learner and adapts to change well.Bondable, friendly, and easy to talk with.Work effectively independently and as a team player with a diverse group of staff and students.Valid driver’s license (valid passport may be required if travel is necessitated).Successful police and criminal background check.Benefits:Medical, dental care & extended health care.On-site parking.Discounted meal plans.Flexible work hours, amazing work-life balance. #J-18808-Ljbffr
