It is with these ambitions that make PHD a great company to work for as well as rewarding work via client accolades and industry recognition.Purpose of the role:PHD is experiencing growth and seeking a talented individual to join our Performance team as a Paid Search Manager.Reporting to a Supervisor or Director, the Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all Paid Search deliverables are presented on time and of a high quality, and that all Paid Search advertising campaigns meet client objectives. This position will work closely with the Account Management and the Client Strategy & Development teams.Managers will ensure that search advertising programs are tasked properly, completed as scheduled and meet or exceed all client goals. A successful Manager will have great attention to detail and be able to take complete ownership of the process of getting tasks completed to bring value to our clients.Your ResponsibilitiesCompile data across Paid Search platforms and create weekly/monthly reports, including analysis for insights, optimizations and future strategy developmentDemonstrates strategic insight to develop long term execution plans from client’s stated business objectives and implement those plansAssist in training new hires with fundamentals of paid searchLead team members to develop campaign plans and strategiesUtilize campaign management tools to execute campaigns and improve overall performanceCampaign budget pacingDevelop interest targets following PHD and client-specific best practicesUpload and launch campaigns in appropriate platformsPerform thorough quality checks to ensure accuracy of set up across teamInput campaign billing information into Prisma billing systemMonitor client, competitor and industry changesSupport ad-hoc data requests for forecasting, billing, promotional performance, etc.Performs various other duties as assigned Desired AttributesSelf-starter, with strong leadership and communication skills who is capable of setting goals and reporting progress against themStrong organizational navigation – able to manage and prioritize multiple projects and work well with a matrixes organizationProblem solving and attention to detail in a multi-tasking, fast-paced business environmentData analysis in Excel, including Pivot Tables & basic statistics with the confidence to act on marketing data (simplify this one)OMD is committed to providing a diverse, inclusive, and safe work environment.
