Have demonstrated the ability to create an environment characterized by inclusion, equity, and differentiated instruction. Effective organizational and classroom management skills is imperative. Ability to integrate and use technology in the classroom. Ability to create goals for Individual Program Plans as well as implement the plan for students. A strong ability to build relationships with elementary school students and parents. A willingness to participate in the school community beyond the classroom. A commitment to continuous professional growth. Knowledge of Leader In Me and Apple School programs. The ability to work as a member of a team in a collaborative work environment and in professional learning communities. A willingness to participate in school community and extracurricular activities. A commitment to continuous professional growth. Knowledge of anti-bullying strategies is an asset. Ability to integrate technology into the classroom.
