Fleet Analyst

Job Description Apply analytical, problem solving and time management skills working with large amounts of data, to fill various government and internal management reporting requirements. This position can be located either in Sudbury or Gore Bay, ON. Key duties and responsibilities: Monitoring bulk fuel – daily reporting and ordering as required to ensure fuel is available and accessible at all times Control of corporate fuel cards , fobs, and 407 transponders – issuing, tracking, cancelling Review of fuel usage , ensuring internal controls are in place and reviews are done against potential fraud Completion of government reporting requirements – IFTA and Carbon Tax Preparation and analysis of regular reporting on various cost and utilization measurements for our fleet of equipment Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
