Job Title: VP of Product Engineering (Custom .NET) Reporting to: Chief Product Officer The VP of Product of Engineering (Custom .NET) is responsible for overseeing teams of software platforms and providing leadership, vision, product strategy/roadmap, and direction for the platform engineering organization. This position is responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining talent, as well as ensuring the staff has the skills and capabilities to meet business needs. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the implementation of platform engineering initiatives. Champion best practices to ensure initiatives achieve business outcomes.
