Chief Operational Resilience Advisor

Your job As an chief advisor specializing in operational resilience, you will also be required to contribute to governance, culture, reputation and operational risk mandates. Conduct organization-wide audits and assessments to provide independent assurance on the effectiveness of the approach to operational resilience and other related topicsTarget significant risks and assess the effectiveness of governance, processes and controls aimed at mitigating themAnalyze the problems encountered, raise significant issues and make recommendations to the teams concernedIn collaboration with relevant partners from the 1st and 2nd lines of defense, identify the fundamental causes and support them in identifying innovative and feasible solutionsPresent findings and recommendations to relevant executives and managers and write audit reportsCarry out continuous monitoring in order to monitor the evolving context of the internal and external environmentRepresent internal audit on various relevant committees and regulatory bodiesAdvise and support auditors in your field of expertiseYour teamWithin the Internal Audit sector, you will be part of a team of 13 professional colleagues and report to the Senior Manager, Internal Audit - Information Technology, Data and Non-financial Risks.
