We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solution Architect - SuccessFactors to join our dynamic team. The Solution Architect - SuccessFactors will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and overseeing the architecture of our SAP SuccessFactors software solutions relating to People, Process and Systems to meet the needs of our clients and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, architecture design, and experience with SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions, along with excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Solution Design: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business needs and design scalable, robust software solutions that meet these requirements.
Architecture Development: Develop and maintain architectural standards, principles, and frameworks to ensure consistency and quality across various projects.
Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to development teams throughout the software development lifecycle, promoting best practices and innovative approaches.
System Integration: Design and implement integration solutions to connect disparate systems and applications, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
Performance Optimization: Analyse system performance, identify bottlenecks and weaknesses, and devise strategies to enhance scalability and efficiency.
Risk Management: Evaluate technical risks in project proposals, providing effective mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with clients, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives and ensure clear communication and understanding.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and guidelines to support project execution and maintenance.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Solution Architect, particularly working with SAP HCM solutions, or in a similar capacity within the IT industry.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong proficiency in software architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or .NET.
- Experienced in integration architectures, including iPaaS, API Gateways, ETL, and ESB, along with familiarity with REST, JSON, and other relevant technologies.
- Well-versed in major cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- In-depth understanding of database technologies, both SQL and NoSQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of effectively articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking with a focus on detail.
- Up-to-date with emerging technologies, digital solutions, cyber security, and current IT industry market trends.
