If you answered yes, then this is the place for you.We are seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with our CEO Purya and team leaders, making an immediate and long-term impact on growth and platform build speed through process-building, operations, and strategic projects. This role offers the potential for long-term growth into a VP/C-Suite position. The Chief of Staff will play a central role in multiple operational areas: Product, Engineering, and Customer Success, with Growth as a key outcome.The OpportunityCollaborate with the CEO and leadership team to develop and implement strategic initiatives and drive cross-functional projects; support the CEO in refining the company's vision, mission, and long-term strategic goals, ensuring alignment across all departments.Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and co-founding team, providing insights and recommendations on business decisions, including vertical growth, geographic expansion, and product development.Streamline internal processes and operations to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization.Identify opportunities for growth and optimization within the Product, Engineering, and Customer Success departments.Support the Head of Growth in expanding into new markets and customer segments, including specialty and online pharmacies.Work with team leaders to set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each department.Assist in the development and execution of go-to-market strategies for new products and services.Foster collaboration and communication between departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.Support executive functions, including financial forecasting, fundraising strategies, and contract negotiations.Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities in various pharmacy markets, including community, specialty, and online pharmacies, as well as international markets such as the US, Europe, MESA, Latin America, and Asia.Work closely with the leadership to develop and implement strategies for entering new markets and expanding the company's customer base.Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to prioritize product development efforts based on identified market opportunities and customer needs, ensuring timely delivery and launch of new products and services.Evaluate potential partnerships and acquisitions to accelerate growth, expand product offerings, and enhance the company's competitive position in the market.Represent the CEO and co-founding team in key meetings and events, acting as a liaison between the leadership team and internal/external stakeholders.Oversee the development and execution of change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions to the business during periods of growth and expansion.Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and relationships to support the company's growth objectives, identify new opportunities, and stay informed of market trends and developments.Assist the CEO and co-founding team in developing and maintaining a strong company culture that attracts, retains, and develops top talent, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and innovative work environment.What you bring to the table5+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or a similar role; experience in pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or digital health markets is a strong asset.Proven track record of driving growth and executing strategic initiatives in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the healthcare industry is a strong asset.Exceptional analytical skills and experience using data to inform decisions.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.How We HireMedMe is committed to a fair and equitable hiring process for all candidates.
