Senior Systems Analyst

About the Role Reporting to the Supervisor, Financial Applications, the Systems Analyst will be mainly responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for various Financial Business Applications and integrations to handle incidents, service requests, problems, enhancements on a priority basis. Key Responsibilities Perform analysis, investigation, and testing for solutions regarding technical matters on various business applications; Work with and maintain COTS Business Financial systems; Monitor and address different types of integration issues Use different tools to conduct analysis and troubleshooting of technical issues/requests (PLSQL Developer, SFTP Clients, Server Configuration files, Azure, etc.
