Airswift is looking for a Fluid Volume Reporting Technician to work with a major client in Calgary, AB on a 1-year assignment. Daily data entry of all fluid transfers into the Energy Components Program, participating in the development of Fluid Volume Reporting processes and procedures to ensure the team’s efficiency and effectiveness.ResponsibilitiesRetrieve and collate all truck tickets by company and dateReview all tickets and enter 60 to 100 truck/pipeline tickets daily into Energy Components (EC)Review and scan for missing information; ensure all data processed is completeResearch for missing information in archived files, calls to Fluid Haul Dispatch departments and stakeholders or via other methodsEnter preliminary details, such as company name, date, unit, etc.Verify the source and destination of fluidAccurately enter all information into the Energy ComponentsReview daily entries for accuracy and completenessGather all Special Projects such as propane and butane from various sourcesTroubleshoot data anomalies with Production Accountants and amend incorrect ticket entriesMonthly And Other DutiesCompile Third Party Disposal Reports and reconcile them with internal recordsReconcile rig reports (ensuring truck tickets agree to Well View data)Retain all tickets by FVR team proceduresContact the Drilling Waste team to ensure receipt of all tickets for month-end reportingEncourage a continuous improvement culture by continually seeking to improve performance and work processes to be better, more efficient, effective, and saferCommunicate regularly with internal stakeholders such as Fluid Haul, Production Accounting, Measurement, Environmental OperationsRequirementsMust be legally entitled to work in CanadaEffective organizational, communication, and interpersonal skillsStrong troubleshooting skillsStrong team player with the ability to work independentlyExperience using Energy Components field data capture systemWorking knowledge of SAGD operationsDemonstrated leadership and competency in work practices, policies, and proceduresEnergy ComponentsWell ViewMS OutlookMS ExcelPreferredDirective 7: Volumetric and Infrastructure RequirementsDirective 17: Measurements Requirement for Oil and Gas OperationsDirective 42: Measurement, Accounting and Reporting PlanDisposal Waste Manifest processesSAGD site wells, pads, tanks, sumps, berms, burrows, pits, salt caverns, battery codes, and otherLeadership Competency Requirements: Demonstrated leadership and competency in work practices, policies, and proceduresTechnical Competency Requirements: Energy ComponentsWell ViewMS OutlookMS Excel
