Job Description Our client in the Healthcare industry is currently seeking a Contact Centre Representative to join their team on a part-time basis for a contract starting at 11 weeks, likely extending until the end of December. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming calls from the public and providing essential paging services for physicians and professional services. This role requires adherence to established procedures and policies to ensure accurate and timely communication within the hospital. Key Responsibilities: Answer all incoming calls from the public, including priority calls for physicians. Handle paging for over 120 professional services as needed, following established protocols. Review on-call schedules and page professional services appropriately. Manage all hospital coding communications through the contact center by paging service teams and sending coding emails. Transition seamlessly from regular calls to emergency calls, such as Code Blue, and page the appropriate personnel. Maintain professionalism and composure when dealing with difficult or unpleasant callers. Work effectively under pressure and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Qualifications: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 1+ years of experience working in a Call Centre environment. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly. Ability to follow procedures and policies accurately. Proficiency in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Experience in a high-pressure environment is preferred. Experience in healthcare is an asset. Skills: CSR Skills : Customer service skills are imperative for this role. Attention to Detail : Must be able to follow procedures and policies accurately. Multitasking : Ability to manage multiple tasks and switch between routine and emergency situations quickly.
