CALLING EXPERIENCED AND ASPIRING SERVICE BDC APPOINTMENT COORDINATORS!

Located atDixie Road & Highway 401,our team assists customers in scheduling service appointments for their vehicles at any of our 20 Ontario dealerships. This is an inbound heavy contact centre where phone, email, & text inquiries are managed in a timely and professional manner. Some outbound activities are expected through email, text, & phone to maintain active customer relationships.

In this role, you can expect:

• Enjoyable and busy days handling multiple inquires – since we’re responsible for multiple dealerships, the team is always busy!
• A positive & helpful team working in an upbeat working environment! Our employee satisfaction surveys proves our BDC is the place to be! We’re proud of that and want others to join in on the fun!
• Our goal is to ensure all customer and vehicle information is correct on customer files, all relevant needs and work to be done are on work orders, and to explain the benefits of manufacturer recommended services per interval.
• Enjoy a performance-based bonus plan with no cap that rewards those who want to be successful. Great news is you will earn a bonus every month, but how much of a bonus is very much up to you. More information will be provided to those contacted for interviews.
• Other related duties as required but never anything outside of BDC expectations.

Considerations:

• Automotive Service Advisor or Call centre experience preferred, but not mandatory – helps if you know what you’re getting yourself into but we’re happy to bring on anyone who wants to learn. If you have a good attitude, are ready to learn something new, and want to contribute to the success of the team (and yourself), we’re looking for you!
• This position is a great place to start and for future career growth – Service BDC Team Members have gone on to become Service Advisors, Warranty Clerks, Parts Advisors – and those positions can lead to even bigger and better roles!

Looking to fill following shift rotation (but subject to change if business needs change):

• Two Weeks are Monday to Friday – 8:30m to 5:30pm (1-hour unpaid lunch)
• One Week with a Saturday shift – 7:30am to 4:30pm (a day off during the week will be provided when Saturday is scheduled.)

GREAT NEWS – The BDC is closed on Sundays and Holidays!
