Our tech platform connects 3000 tutors/mentors to students aiming to achieve admission and scholarships to top universities or their dream career pathway.Our team is looking to bring on someone to support the growth of upcoming marketing initiatives. This role is responsible for sales, partnerships and effective local marketing initiatives through designing and executing strategy into tangible outcomes for students.The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, a highly creative innovator and with a growth mindset. This is a full-time, remote position based in Canada. Due to the bi-coastal nature of our team, flexible hours will be required.You will be responsible for:Manage and drive local sales and marketing teams, ensuring team performance and engagement.Develop and execute a marketing and sales strategy to create brand value and awareness including building relationships with various media outlets across Crimson’s products and services.Drive highly profitable operations through close management of the P&L.Coordinate and maintain close communication with global teams to effectively leverage the platform and ensure seamless execution.Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Canada, educational fair organisers and other partners.Act as a positive ambassador for Crimson’s culture through daily actions that instil our core values, and represent Crimson as required at events and conferences.Ensure accurate and regular reporting and compliance to Crimson's standard operating procedures.Identify potential M&A opportunities that will be accretive to the overall platform.Ensure the overall student experience creates a positive NPS.Optimise in conjunction with global teams, education coordination and strategist models in the region to achieve both net profit and NPS targets.Oversee student support and resources to ensure students are achieving goals set.Identifying and forming relevant partnerships.What we are looking for:2+ years of people leadership experience.A strong appetite to succeed and achieve growth and operational excellence.
