WHAT YOU WILL DO The primary functions of this position is to price all parts according to the Company’s pricing guidelines and to conduct pricing and profitability analyses for optimizing company profit and maintaining market competitiveness including preparation of monthly sales and profit analysis reports as well as proactively supply reporting and analysis and various programs’ management. Parts and accessory supply analysis is another primary function required to monitor closely inventory and supply patterns from Mobis.   HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Analyze, coordinate and direct parts and accessory pricing to ensure competitive pricing and positive consumer image. Analyze and coordinate pricing policies and make recommendations as well as maintains internal policy and procedures related to pricing function. Design, modify and prepare sales analysis reports and parts pricing studies and manage competitive price survey program Provide proactive analysis of areas of opportunity for sales and profitability Review and respond to all pricing related inquires and support RPSM team  Coordinate new dealer and dealer termination requirements with internal departments. Maintain pricing matrix and up-to-date competitive pricing analysis. Administer dealer direct Sales program(s). Administer all aspects of the Auto Parts Bridge sales program and enrollment analysis. Administer Certified Collision Care program and communication Manage supply pipelines with forecasting profitability and backorder reporting and analysis and work closely with Mobis on supply issues Administer all aspects of supply and parts inventory functions Recall Parts analysis and supply administration Administer and manage the future parts sharing/parts locator and inventory management program Support the RPSM team and field required reporting   WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE Completion of an undergraduate degree, o r an equivalent combination of experience and education 5+ years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions Excellent oral and written communication skills. Pricing and profitability experience Budgeting and forecasting experience Excellent MS Office skills specifically Excel. Excellent project management skills. Knowledge of Canadian automotive market. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
