Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and plans
  • Accountable for brand presence and implementation in region
  • Execute marketing and advertising initiatives and campaigns in a timely manner, within budget
  • Create and deliver monthly presentations to various stakeholders to effectively communicate marketing strategies and results
  • Collaborate with Digital Specialist on planning and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Review and report on effectiveness and performance of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Support operational Associates by providing marketing expertise, recommendations and updating regularly on marketing progress
  • Review and management of all signage requirements
  • Lead, manage and attend all Resident events and sponsorships
  • Manage regional social media including planning, content creation and posting
  • Management of all digital assets including photos, floor plans, 3D tours, and virtual staging
  • Monitor, manage and report on budgets
  • Achieve organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value

Experience and Educational Requirements:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Minimum 2 years experience in marketing, event management, social media and digital marketing
  • Content management and photography/videography experience an asset

Technical Requirements:

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Graphics design knowledge or experience an asset
  • Excellent creative writing and editing skills

Non-Technical Requirements:

  • Strong passion and motivation for all facets of marketing
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable representing the company at events and in public settings
  • Strong planning and organization skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional decision-making capabilities demonstrating resourcefulness and confidence
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners/suppliers
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently
  • Demonstrate a positive and fun attitude with enthusiasm and assertiveness
  • High level of professionalism, confidence, creativity, initiative, and commitment to success
