They collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop winning strategies and proposals for government contracts and large strategic pursuits. This position involves hands-on proposal development, writing, and capture management.Responsibilities:Capture and Proposal Management:Organize and drive all capture and proposal development activities.Provide meaningful metrics and reports to leadership related to upcoming RFPs and pursuits.Coordinate responses with internal teams (Client Managers, ISG, Solution Engineers, Technical Specialists, Legal, Sales, and Partners).PM legal paperwork for teaming arrangements.Monitor and control each pursuit, identifying and escalating risks as needed, setting up regular call cadence.Ensure effective communication to all stakeholders with action items and owners.Basic Qualifications:8+ years of experience in the Public Sector Capture field, including proposal development, business development, opportunity tracking, and research.Preferred Qualifications:Strong organizational abilities, solid writing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple levels and subject matter experts.Experience in the technology industry.Remote work to be considered for candidates outside of RTP.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr
