Senior IFRS 17 Consultant

Our client, a Big 5 Bank, is looking to add a Senior IFRS 17 Consultant to their team for an initial 12 month contract. In this role, the Senior IFRS 17 Consultant will be responsible for the following; Support the design and implementation of operational changes required for IFRS 17 reporting Support the design, development, testing and implementation of key IFRS17 controls, reconciliations and reports Document process changes for reporting for internal and external audit Provide support in designing UAT and carrying out UAT for IFRS 17 reporting changes Provide support for the development of IFRS17 accounting policy choices To be considered for this great opportunity, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications; 10+ years experience in Insurance Financial Reporting CPA designation or equivalent designation Previous experience in IFRS implementations or projects Excellent communication skills **This role is remote Hybrid with 1-2 days a week in the office as required If you are qualified and interested in this position, please send your resume to Michelle Campanaro CPA, CGA at [email protected] in MS Word format today.
