ServiceNow Data Analyst

Our client in the public sector is looking for a contract based ServiceNow data analyst and developer.Location: Hybrid TorontoDuration: 6 months + 6 months extResponsibilitiesDesigns and develops comprehensive reports, dashboards, and analytics within the ServiceNow platform to provide insights into key ITSM metrics and performance indicators.Assess the cleanliness, accuracy, and completeness of data within the ServiceNow platform, identifying and addressing data quality issues as needed.Develop and implement data cleansing and standardization processes to ensure consistent and reliable data across the ServiceNow platform.Support establishment of data governance policies, standards, and procedures to maintain the integrity and security of data within the ServiceNow platform.Assist in data integration projects, ensuring seamless data flow between ServiceNow and other systems.Support data migration initiatives, validating and transforming data as needed.Develop workflows and forms of various complexity (ranging from simple to complex) as required.Qualifications5+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.2+ years experience in ServiceNow ITSM and ITAM experience.Experience in development of ServiceNow workflows and forms of various complexity (ranging from simple to complex) as requiredProficient in ServiceNow reporting and analytics capabilities, including Performance Analytics and Reporting APIs.Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, such as SQL, MicroStrategy, Power BI, Tableau, or similar.Experience with data cleansing, harmonization, standardization, and quality assessment techniques.Experience optimizing the performance of data-related processes within ServiceNow.
