Production Supervisor

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks :- Ensure the smooth running of production activities - Train and coordinate production teams to achieve company objectives - Manage the work teams of the various departments and ensure the smooth running of plant operations. - Communicate good OHS practices to the team and ensure compliance with standards. - Identify and resolve production efficiency problems. - Other production-related tasks (production forms, quality, inventory).Your professional skills - Priority management and analytical skills - Leadership and rigor - Excellent interpersonal skills and team player We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done right. Your profile At least 5 years' experience in a similar position, in the manufacturing, agri-food or pharmaceutical sectors would be an asset. -DEP, DEC or BAC -French, English an asset -Knowledge of standards in regulated fields an asset -70k - 80k - depending on experience
