You will build the agency's brand, position our clients, integrate the sales and marketing activities, and manage the marketing and sales teams who will execute to plan. You will be an integral part of the executive team that will help shape the future performance and direction of the agency. The position is best suited to a brilliant misfit -- someone profoundly curious, socially and culturally aware, and intellectually restless.Duties and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for delivery of revenue targetsResponsible for building Lavin brand equityDevelop sales and marketing plans with clear objectives and goals, writing key strategies that will deliver resultsOversee the execution of the plan monitoring the ongoing plan metrics and progressManage and enhance key customer relationshipsIdentify and secure new areas of growth including marketing the company’s extensive bank of existing contentLead and direct your team deploying resources focused on revenue growthImplement a performance management program for your teamBuild a high performance and disciplined cultureIdentify areas for improved process and proceduresQualifications3+ years of Sales and Marketing leadership experience at a senior levelProven track record of delivering sales growth and key marketing metricsProven track record of marketing and sales plan development and executionA take-charge individual who is highly accountableProven track record in executing key tacticsDeep knowledge in social media marketingExperience in developing high performance teamsWorking knowledge and experience with CRM programsExcellent written and oral communication skillsCompensationThe Lavin Agency offers a competitive salary and extended benefit package in a very exciting industry.
