We are currently looking for a Sales Super Star to represent us during in-home sales presentations to pre-qualified leads and meet with clients to understand their personal needs and desires. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and must live in the greater Boston area. For the suburbs north and west of Boston, we seek experienced, motivated representatives with: Proven in-home sales experience Strong interpersonal skills Knowledge of residential construction Experience in or the ability to learn CAD software The maturity to set and manage your own schedule and work from your home or our showroom A degree in Architecture is advantageous We require our employees to be vaccinated against COVID Successful candidates will: Meet with clients in their home and in our showroom Listen to clients’ requirements and desires to expand their homes Design and sell solutions that meet clients’ residential needs within their budgets Follow up with clients to ensure customer satisfaction We provide employees with training in our consultation process, quality construction techniques, and our CAD design software. We furnish qualified leads. Compensation is either full commission or base salary plus commission. Our current Design Consultants earn well over $100,000 per year.
