We are dedicated to “Delivering Comfort Consistently” to hospitality, commercial, and multi-family markets. Our impact is felt in hundreds of thousands of apartments and hotel rooms, with a visionary goal to surpass 60,000 units sold annually by 2030. Who we need Reporting to the COO, we are hiring a Director, Sales and Marketing to support our accelerated growth. You will spearhead the activities of the Revenue Department, creating and executing the strategic plans for marketing and sales. You will take ownership of achieving the business’s revenue and gross margin targets. This is a 4-day on-site role with the option of working remotely on Fridays. Occasional travel to conferences is required. What you will do: Build a strong sales team by recruiting, leading, and developing a high-performing sales team. Spearhead the revenue strategy, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals. Grow our presence by prospecting and closing new enterprise and mid-sized clients. Own the demand plan and prepare dashboard reports, budgets, and annual sales projections. What you bring: The sales drive with expertise in B2B sales and strategic planning.
