Services Manager

Upton store Phaneuf Agricultural Equipment is looking for a motivated service manager to join our passionate and dynamic team.If you have a passion for agriculture and you have solid experience in managing a mechanical workshop, we want to meet with you. As a service manager, you will be responsible for managing the Upton branch workshop. You will have to maintain and establish exceptional service standards for our clientele and delegate daily operations in the department while repecting the established profitability objectives. Your role : Oversee and plan daily personnel operations in the workshop (technicians, technical adviser, court clerk, etc.) Manage personnel and ensure their development and training Participate the department’s hiring process Establish and maintain excellence in customer service by maintaiing good business relationships, meeting deadlines and working closely with other departments Follow up on emergency calls outside of working hours Implement strategies to achieve established objectives Manage the department’s activities (management of work orders, invoicing, payments, deliveries, etc.) Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety standards (monitor, identify, correct) Participate in agricultural events to promote our company and its products. As an ideal candidate, you have : AED, DEC or BAC in administration or in a related field or experience deemed equivalent In-depth knowledge of mechanics Knowledge of the agricultural environment, an asset Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar position Excellent communication, planning and customer service skills Logical reasoning skills and excellent judgement You are : Patient and diplomatic Collaborative and involved Factual and analytical Good with numbers and communication You are : patient et diplomatic collaborative and involved factual and analytical good with numbers and communication
