We put family first The Ideal Candidate: You love working with your hands and seeing the results of your efforts, but you’re looking to grow into more responsibility and leadership skill by leading a small field team in performing general carpentry jobs such as wood framing, steel stud framing, drywall boarding, siding, and demolition. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specs. ? Ensure crew is clocking in and out using the time tracking app. ? Complete daily journal entries. ? Continually help improve company systems and efficiencies. ? Other duties as assigned. Key Characteristics: ? Carries themselves professionally. ? Works efficiency and dependably, with attention to detail. ? Strong team-player and able to lead a crew well. ? Takes initiative, seeks increased responsibility, and is responsible for their own actions. ? Must have basic tools and cordless hammerdrill and impact drill. Additional requirements: ? 3+ years of construction experience. ? Valid driver’s license, clean record, and reliable transportation to job sites. ? Strong verbal and written communication. ? Endurance and ability to navigate job sites, including ladders and stairs. ? Can bend, squat, reach, and physically lift 50 lbs. Compensation Package Including: ?
