Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Assist in growing and developing their current accounting software and working with the development team
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger entry and reconciliations.
  • Proactive nature to build cross functional relationships
  • Manage tax compliance and annual financial preparations with the assistance of external advisors.
  • Cash flow management, budget forecasting and reporting of performance.
  • Foreign exchange deal management.
  • Prepare monthly financial management account reports.
  • Management of the Month End processes including balance sheet reconciliation.
  • Conduct regular assessments of asset performance.
  • Determine trends and provide recommendations.
  • Prepare and present accounting data to accountants, executives, and owners to assist in policy development and operations of the business.

The Successful Applicant

The Senior Management Accountant will need:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or IT
  • CA/ CPA qualified
  • Strong analytic and technical skill
  • Ability to work autonomously and manually
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated leadership skills
  • Commercially minded with strong business acumen
  • Ability to work as part of a team
