Job Description
Reporting to the General Manager, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Assist in growing and developing their current accounting software and working with the development team
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger entry and reconciliations.
- Proactive nature to build cross functional relationships
- Manage tax compliance and annual financial preparations with the assistance of external advisors.
- Cash flow management, budget forecasting and reporting of performance.
- Foreign exchange deal management.
- Prepare monthly financial management account reports.
- Management of the Month End processes including balance sheet reconciliation.
- Conduct regular assessments of asset performance.
- Determine trends and provide recommendations.
- Prepare and present accounting data to accountants, executives, and owners to assist in policy development and operations of the business.
The Successful Applicant
The Senior Management Accountant will need:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance or IT
- CA/ CPA qualified
- Strong analytic and technical skill
- Ability to work autonomously and manually
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Commercially minded with strong business acumen
- Ability to work as part of a team
