Title: Dispatcher for Intermodal divisionIndustry: Transport Location: BouchervilleFocusing on Container Shipments with over 33 years in the industry, seeking to add a Dispatcher with experience in the intramodal business who likes action and a busy work day!Do you have the experience we are looking for? Apply [email protected]@randstad.caAdvantagesMonday-Friday, 10am to 7pmPermanent full timeRotation on weekends RSP and Medical insurance packageSalary dependent on experienceProfit SharingCasual dressCompany eventsGreat team environment2 weeks vacation + 10 personal daysFederal holidaysResponsibilities- Communicating (via phone/text/geotab) with drivers to advise their next pick-up and deliveries.- Working closely with the drivers on any problems they may encounter- Updating shipment status in the dispatch system - Determining the best routes and order of pick-ups & deliveries.- Working very closely with fellow dispatchers to co-ordinate the daily activities.- Advising Customer Service Representatives of any issues so the CSR may communicate directly with clients.- Verify order status- Maintain the relationships with clienteleQualifications- French and English is mandatory- At least one year's experience in a trucking industry, preferable with intermodal knowledge- Team player.
