Responsibilities Offer construction management support for overseeing projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and quality control Monitor and support the design, delivery, and administration of client projects Assist with budget and financial management to ensure adherence to funding constraints and requirements Design, develop, format and proofread professional reports, proposals and client communications Develop client relationships and ensure the delivery of exceptional client service Demonstrate an understanding and respect for Indigenous cultures, traditions, and governance structures, integrating these considerations into project planning and execution Willingness to travel to rural and remote locations, adapting to diverse project demands Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field. Experience in construction project management, including technical knowledge of construction methods and building systems At least 2 years of experience in project management, specializing in large-scale infrastructure and community development projects Experience working in a consulting environment is an asset Experience in working with Indigenous communities or enterprises is an asset MyRewards@MNP More than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
