As a CT Clinical Education Specialist you will be responsible for:
  • Preparing and gathering necessary regulatory-approved documentation for end user training at customer site.
  • Conducting clinical training at the customer site to educate staff on how to safely and effectively use Siemens CT equipment for newly installed systems, upgraded software/hardware features, and ongoing/remedial training as needed.
  • Completing regulatory and core process documents in a timely fashion.
  • Coordinating and facilitate impactful training activities that result in excellent clinical outcomes with minimal impact on patient care, workflow, and productivity.
  • Maintaining clinical and technical competency through continued education and participation in Siemens’s training programs
  • Providing sales support, e.g. product demonstrations, preparation of clinical case studies

  • Reside in/around the area of Vancouver, BC (or willing to relocate)
  • Take pride in the delivery of expert clinical training while fostering customer excellence

  • Comfortable in a role with an expectation of frequent travel
  • Demonstrated an expertise in making adjustments and adaptations to meet customer expectations in clinical environments as needed
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
  • Minimum 5 years dedicated clinical CT experience
  • Minimum 3 years dedicated clinical CT experience on contemporary Siemens CT equipment and software
  • Graduate of an accredited Medical Radiation Technology Program
  • CAMRT or OTIMROEPMQ Certified
  • Minimum clinical proficiency to include routine CT imaging, CT angiography, adult Cardiac CTA examinations, and 3D post-processing
  • Ability to travel extensively (Domestically and Internationally) without restriction
  • Valid passport
  • Bilingualism English / French a highly preferred
  • Clinical experience on Siemens CT Somaris X platform is preferred
  • Additional clinical proficiencies to include Advanced Cardiac imaging, Dual Energy CT, CT Intervention, Neuro Perfusion, Pediatric Imaging, and syngo.via experience are preferred
  • Experience in the delivery of training other clinical users
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and project management skills

The base pay range for this position is CA$90,000 - CA$100,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (18%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
