Voyago is hiring a Dispatcher for our Toronto Location!Your role: You are responsible for the dispatch of drivers and providing accurate direction You are responsible for a high degree of customer service You thrive in a fast paced high stress environment You are comfortable driving school routes when required RequirementsYour profile You have strong, proven customer service experience You can take responsibility for the Emergency Response Plan in the event of a serious collision You can utilize the radio to communicate effectively with all en route drivers You can identify all runs and drivers active on routes are on time to ensure no students are left behind You are able to pull a variety of reports as per the Dispatch Supervisor directive You can answer phones, fax, and email correspondence in a professional and courteous manner You can obtain a clean Criminal Record Search You have time and Stress Management skills You have good organization and communications skills You have computer Software experience in MS Office You have an understanding of transportation industry an asset By joining the Voyago Schools Dispatch team in Toronto you’ll find: We offer a competitive hourly pay You will have opportunities for advancement The full time comprehensive benefit package is available if you work 30+ hours or more per week.
