As a Digital Media Lead, you will be the owner of media campaign execution for one set of media channels (e.g. Google Ad Manager). You will manage and enhance projects and processes to create efficiencies in executing media campaigns, ensuring they meet client KPIs. You will coordinate across creative, content operations, sales and analytics teams to plan and execute media campaigns. In addition, you will provide reporting and articulation of so-what to facilitate sales team client discussions and future process and performance improvements. You will be the subject matter expert on the channel & strategic considerations and be proactive in functional ownership of key team priorities (i.e. forecasting, product marketing, automation, coaching etc.).

What you'll get the opportunity to do:

  • Campaign Management & Execution
    • Responsible for campaign management and execution on media platforms including audience selection, campaign setup, budget management, and optimization
  • Execution Leadership
    • Lead and mentor specialists as a subject matter expert, driving strong performance and providing support for troubleshooting.
    • Coordinate efforts across creative, content, sales and analytics teams to drive business results and effectiveness.
  • Media Execution Planning
    • Engage with the sales team and clients to plan future campaigns. Understand their business objectives and translate them into execution tactics in line with available product capability and team capacity. Setting KPIs and campaign expectations to maximize the chance of winning.
    • Collaborate with analytics teams to set and define media test campaigns
    • Support team on complex requests
    • Support sales and product marketing teams in optimizing the media pipeline, strategizing pricing, and productizing offers.
  • Team, Process Improvement & Coaching
    • Review and build the process and systems to improve the effectiveness of end-to-end execution for the team.
    • Streamline workflows within the team and across functions to eliminate inefficiencies, provide deeper context, and facilitate discussions to help the team overcome issues.
    • Coach at least one team member and support their tactical training, growth, and development.
  • Business Strategy & Consultancy
    • Ownership of Supply forecasting, targets and tracking. Proactive solutions when we have a supply gap
    • Proactive Demand enabling data-based decision making
    • Ownership of Media Team Billing and Revenue Documentation
    • Ownership of 2+ key areas: Vendor Management, Account Strategy, Product, Product Marketing (Pricing & Strat), Rev Forecasting & Management, Tagging/ pixelling, Measurement, Digital Media Expertise
