The team makes every effort to optimize employee efficiency and well-being.Come join our team!RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Lead for BC and Ontario will support the Talent Acquisition team in this region, while managing the staffing process for a variety of positions.Support Talent Acquisition team within BC & Ontario regions for daily recruitment activities;Manage the full cycle of recruitment process for positions, including: job postings, screening resumes, selecting candidates, scheduling and conducting screening interviews, coordinating assessments and tests, drafting offer letters and processing references and background checks;Act as a partner for their client group and be responsible for the entire recruitment process of professional and managerial staff in support of BC office operations;Participate in the creation and implementation of innovative strategies to recruit and retain top talent in line with the company's development and expansion strategy;Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates (social networks, corporate events, career days, networking days) and promote the employer brand to our future talent;Participate in the development and deployment of various talent acquisition strategies to maximize results in the various recruitment processes (headhunting, visibility, social media, partnerships, international hiring, all other relevant strategies);Source within various media (recruitment platform, LinkedIn, professional organizations and specialized sites) to improve the visibility of job postings and facilitate staffing;Administer, sort and classify online resumes, follow up and maintain candidate flow using the applicant tracking system (Zoho Recruit);Participate in recruitment, job and other events to promote the company in its market;Participate in training and continuous development of talent acquisition professionals within the region;Act as a partner for deploying the corporate culture;Ensure constant collaboration with the team of human resources business partners;Ensure compliance of our practices with provincial laws and regulations;Act as a resource for maintaining competitive compensation in BC & Ontario market; Be part of a team where everyone contributes to regular administrative requirements;Carry out other tasks or mandates at the request of the immediate superior.RequirementsBachelor's degree or certificate in human resources, industrial relations or equivalent combination of education and experience;Minimum five years experience in a similar role in a company operating in a competitive market;Past experience in construction industry is a strong asset;Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices;Bilingual (English and French) is a strong asset;Solid experience with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);Excellent command of the Google suite, social networks and recruitment platforms;Good knowledge of specialized computer systems for recruitment (ATS);Experience of working with LinkedIn Recruiter and other professional networks.Skills and Attitudes / CompetenciesLeadershipStrong interest in recruitment and ability to find and select the best candidates;Interest in long-term development in the field of recruitment and headhunting;Curiosity & autonomy;Ability to communicate effectively and provide quality customer service within different levels of the organization;Strong sales and negotiation skills;Ability to prioritize different tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment;Strong sense of initiative, autonomy and ability to manage several files simultaneously;Strong interest in recruitment and the construction industry;Creativity, rigor and judgment;Management and planning skills;Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;Team spirit;Ability to effectively present and promote the employer brand.BenefitsConditions proposées par l’équipe EBC Competitive salary;4 weeks of annual vacation;Flexible group insurance program upon entry;Group RRSP with employer contribution to a Deferred Profit-Sharing Plan (DPSP);24-hour access to a virtual doctor (telemedicine);Training and development programs;Employee assistance program;Active social club and health and wellness committee;Diverse, innovative and stimulating environment;A company built on values of respect, integrity and a job well done;Firm recognized as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies.RequirementsProfil recherché Intérêt marqué pour le recrutement et grandes aptitudes à trouver et sélectionner les meilleurs candidats; Exigences Baccalauréat ou certificat en ressources humaines, relations industrielles ou combinaison de formation et d’expérience équivalente; Deux à cinq années d'expérience dans un rôle similaire dans une entreprise évoluant dans un marché compétitif; Excellentes connaissances des meilleures pratiques en matière de recrutement; Bilingue (anglais et français); Solide expérience avec la suite MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Excellente maîtrise de la suite Google, des réseaux sociaux et plateformes de recrutement; Une bonne connaissance de systèmes informatiques spécialisés pour le recrutement (ATS); Expérience de travail avec LinkedIn Recruiter ;
