Our client in the construction/infrastructure space seeks a lawyer with 3-8 years of post call experience to advise on commercial matters including managing contracts and project related commercial activity, environmental matters, contract interpretation and dispute resolution. While the job can be primarily remote, you will need to attend at the Toronto office from time to time. Experience with an engineering or construction company is an asset.
