Recruitment Consultants at NES Fircroft must be able to identify and network with prospective job seekers and develop recruiting strategies for specific open client positions.You'll be a great fit if:Recruit, interview, evaluate and place highly skilled technical professionals on a contract, contract to hire or permanent basisDevelop creative sourcing and recruiting resources to expand talent portfolio and attract qualified candidatesConduct thorough phone and face to face interviews to determine candidates' qualifications and job requirementsBuild and maintain a quality pipeline through fostering long-term relationships with candidatesProvide consistent communication and career guidance to candidatesCall current contractor workforce / recently placed permanent candidates to ensure quality service is maintained and to seek candidate referralsAccount management of new and existing clients, including client visitsEnsures 100% compliance with quality standards as dictated by NES Fircroft including company quality processes, in country legislation (including Occupational Health & Safety), and client specific process requirementsResponsible for account development and generating new business through leads and referrals from candidates and clientsDevelop and build long term strategic client relationships through both telephone contact and face to face meetingsMaintain balance of job orders and qualified candidates, and manage multiple complex selling opportunitiesAssist with on-the-job training for team members, with an emphasis on the management and allocation of time.To be considered you need:2+ year Recruitment Experienced (Agency preferred)Outgoing and confident personalityOrganized and able to work in a fast-paced environmentDemonstrate ability to multitask and prioritiseAmbitious and hungry to be successfulTarget oriented work experienceJoin us and deliver a brighter tomorrow!
