Investment Manager Representative - Intermediate

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Investment Manager Representative - Intermediate in Toronto, Ontario. This role is set in a hybrid workplace, providing services in the financial industry. Responsibilities: • Establish and maintain databases and client files for investment management operations• Process and confirm trades with precision and timeliness• Conduct research to address routine errors, failures, and inquiries• Resolve discrepancies and take proactive action on routine matters• Manage and respond to inquiries from clients and other departments• Demonstrate excellent communication and written skills to collaborate across various departments to resolve issues• Utilize Microsoft Excel skills to assist with operations and data management• Contribute to client relations and relationship management• Participate in mini-projects as assigned• Maintain regular working hours within the EST timezone• Proven experience in Customer Service and Client Relations• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills, both written and verbal• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Database management• Experience in Calendar Management and handling Phone Screens• Ability to conduct Research and Competitor Analysis• Knowledge and experience in Finance and Financial Services• Experience in Operations and ability to Resolve Issues and Discrepancies • Ability to manage Suppliers and Trades • Proficient in handling Queries and Setups• Familiarity with 'About Time' software • Experience in Workstation Support • Ability to provide Training • Experience in onsite work• Strong skills in Relationship Management.Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
