Your Responsibilities: Landscaping: Design, construct, and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces, including planting, mulching, and installing hardscapes. Concrete Finishing: Finishing flatwork concrete pours that vary in size. Heavy Equipment Operation: Safely and efficiently operate machinery such as dingos, excavators, and skid steers. General Labour/Supervisor: Assist with various tasks, including site preparation, material handling, and ensure project deadlines are met. What We're Looking For: Experience: Previous experience in landscaping, operating heavy equipment, or general labour is highly preferred. Skills: Proficiency in using landscaping tools, heavy machinery, and/or an eagerness to learn the skills to do so. Physical Stamina: Ability to handle physically demanding tasks and work in various weather conditions. Team Player: Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
