Overview Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Client Solutions Associate provides administrative support to the Energy team, the largest Energy brokerage in Canada. The team performs detailed exposure analysis to design tailor-made risk solutions. This role is an opportunity to join a team of passionate, caring professionals and offers an entry point for anyone looking to build a career in the Insurance industry. How you'll make an impact You will be supporting the team, playing a crucial role in delivering outstanding client experience and supporting the team's growth The role will include preparing policy renewals and endorsements, processing requests, drafting client proposals, claims projects, further strengthening client and insurance partner relationships You will continue to build insurance subject matter expertise and upgrading skills through mentorship on coverage lines, insurance products and client management systems Explore areas of opportunity for operational improvement, making full use of available CRM capabilities, technology and other Gallagher resources About you With a passion for acquiring new skills and tackling new challenges, you seek a role where you will not only learn the business of insurance, but will also be able to have an immediate impact Being in a fast-paced, dynamic environment brings out the best in you. Working collaboratively and building relationships comes naturally to you, whether that is with clients or colleagues - people love working with you, and you with them Insurance is a highly technical field, but that complements your keen eye for detail - always being able to maintain the highest level of accuracy in your work Highly tech-savvy, with an ability to learn new systems, tools and processes Strong passion and curiosity for a career in insurance and risk management Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Secondary School Diploma required, College or University Degree preferred Successful completion of Insurance Broker License encouraged within 6 months of start date Professional work experience ideally in a corporate or financial services environment Experience in an insurance brokerage or customer facing environment preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office products A curiosity about pursuing insurance designations highly preferred (i.e. CAIB, CIP, CRM).
