This is a part time and hybrid role working out of our Vancouver office. Days and hours can be flexible.Position Summary:Sumitomo Canada Limited is a well-established integrated trading company, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services to our customers. As we continue to expand our operations and seize new opportunities, we are seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to join our team working part time and hybrid out of our Vancouver office.Duties/Responsibilities:Office Operations Management: Oversee daily office functions, ensuring efficient workflows by organizing office procedures and processes.Act as the primary liaison with Property Management.Vendor and Supplier Payments: Prepare and process payments for external vendors and suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate transactions.External Correspondence: Manage communications with other offices, external vendors, suppliers, and clients, maintaining professional and effective relationships.Supply Management: Review and approve supply requisitions, ensuring adequate office supply levels and cost-effective purchasing.
